Shipping Information

When will my item ship?

We know you are keen to get your hands on your new tools as soon as possible! We endeavour to ship all physical items within 3 business days, usually sooner. Your order may take a little bit longer in busy periods, like when our school holiday programs are running.

Digital downloads will be sent to you automatically after purchase. If you have not received them in your inbox within an hour, please get in touch.

How will my item be sent?

All items are sent via standard Australia Post. For metro areas, please allow 3-7 days for delivery.

What will it cost?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on the size of your order. Prices start at $11.

If you would prefer, you can collect your order from our Balcatta warehouse free of charge. Select this option at checkout and we will contact you to let you know when it is ready.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, our standard shipping is limited to Australia. If you are keen to place an international order, get in touch and we can work something out.
